1. What DomNeed is (and is not)
DomNeed is a listing platform. We help hosts describe their properties and help guests discover them.
We do not take bookings, hold payments, or act as a travel agent. All rental agreements are concluded directly between the host and the guest, off-platform.
DomNeed is not a party to any rental agreement, is not the host of any property, and is not responsible for the accuracy of listing content beyond reasonable moderation.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Hosts must provide accurate contact information and must own or be legally authorized to rent the properties they list.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
3. Host content and listings
Hosts retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, descriptions, prices). By publishing a listing, hosts grant DomNeed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, translate and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.
Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory, or in breach of any applicable law (including tourism registration and tax rules).
4. Fees and subscriptions
Browsing and enquiring are free for guests.
For hosts, each property has a free allowance of the first five unique visitors who reveal a contact method. Beyond that allowance, continued visibility of contact buttons requires an active Professional Subscription of 10 EUR per month per property. Payment processing will be enabled in a future release; until then subscriptions are recorded as pending.
All prices are in Euros and exclude any applicable taxes.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to: scrape or automate access to the site without permission; misrepresent your identity; upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; use the platform to solicit business unrelated to holiday rentals; or circumvent the visitor allowance by creating multiple accounts.
6. Liability
DomNeed provides the platform on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovenian or Croatian consumer-protection law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes with consumers may also be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence within the EU. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
